Generali Global Corporate & Commercial appoints Hakeem Benraheem as new Head of GC&C Thailand
Hong Kong – Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) announces the appointment of Hakeem Benraheem as Head of GC&C Thailand, effective from 1st March 2020, directly reporting to Axel Roesner, Head of GC&C Asia. In this new capacity, he is in charge of strengthening the strategic growth and development of GC&C business in the Thailand market.
Hakeem has over 17 years of insurance industry experience in Thailand and comes with a wealth of diverse background, having worked as Risk Engineer, Placement Broker and Property & Casualty Underwriter. Prior to Joining Generali, he was Head of Property & Casualty at Viriyah Insurance and being one of the product committee for Miscellaneous Insurance Committee, organized by TGIA (Thai General Insurance Association).

Hakeem graduated with a Bachelor in Engineering from South-East Asia University, Master of Business Administration from Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University and Diploma of Finance Services (General Insurance) from Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
