Generali GC&C launches GlobalTracer, a new Generative AI-driven solution enhancing accuracy in Multinational Programs
19 February 2026
Milan — Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) announces the launch of GlobalTracer, a new AI-powered proprietary solution designed to strengthen local policy alignment, improve operational control, and enhance service quality across multinational insurance programs.
The initiative is part of GC&C’s 2025-27 Next Level Plan, which identifies the client-centric growth of the Multinational and Captive segment as a strategic priority. Multinational Business and Captive account for almost 30% of GC&C gross written premiums and rely on a network spanning more than 180 countries. In today’s increasingly complex global risk environment, GlobalTracer represents a significant step toward reinforcing GC&C’s role as a trusted global risk management partner.
Multinational insurance programs are sophisticated frameworks requiring precise coordination among producing and fronting offices to ensure consistency. Discrepancies between program’s terms and conditions and local policies, even when carefully managed, can introduce avoidable complexity and affect overall program clarity. GlobalTracer strengthens GC&C’s existing controls by improving alignment between the agreed program’s terms and conditions and local policies as well as supporting the consistency clients expect across their multinational programs.
GlobalTracer addresses these challenges by leveraging Generative AI to streamline and enhance policy review processes. The solution is designed to:
- verify terms and conditions — including Nat Cat — of local policies within a Multinational Program, identifying discrepancies and coverage gaps faster and more accurately
- elevate service quality for multinational and captive clients through improved clarity and proactive issue detection
- analyse large volumes of documentation effortlessly, improving both accuracy and efficiency
- strengthen consistency and transparency across the program lifecycle
- free up GC&C specialists’ time to focus on higher value activities and client support.
GlobalTracer reflects GC&C’s continued commitment to practical and impactful innovation for multinational clients, applying cutting‑edge Generative AI technology to support internal processes and enhance the quality of service delivered across today’s complex insurance environments.
Antonio Vianello, GC&C Head of Multinational Business & Captive, said: “With GlobalTracer, GC&C takes a decisive step forward in strengthening technical excellence and digital innovation within the Multinational and Captive segment - a central focus of our GC&C 2025-27 Next Level Plan. By leveraging Generative AI, we enhance service quality, control and efficiency, supporting sustainable growth, higher client retention and our ambition to act as a Global Risk Management Partner for clients operating in an increasingly complex risk landscape.”
Matthew Richardson, GC&C Head of Operations & IT, added: “GlobalTracer is an in-house solution that showcases GC&C’s commitment to being first movers in operational excellence.
